A decade ago, IRP assembled a hearty crew of skilled ironworkers for the task of reinforcing heavy highway construction projects. Under the direction and expertise of a seasoned leadership team, the makings of an outstanding industry champion began to take shape.
Over the years, IRP has perfected our practice and honed our skills to become a consistently reliable rebar installation provider for more than 145 bridges and interchanges throughout Southern California. More recently, IRP expanded our project capabilities across multiple industries. With the same care and precision as before, we are now reinforcing much larger scale projects for a wide array of structures including commercial buildings, power stations, and reservoirs, just to name a few.

After 25 years of experience in the construction business working as an Ironworker, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Detailer, Estimator, and Operations Manager, Ken founded Integrity Rebar Placers in 2004. Ken has kept extremely busy running the corporation by playing an active role in all aspects of the business which includes strategic planning, business development, estimating, and project management. He is a hands-on owner frequently found in the estimating department or out on job sites doing random inspections. This ensures that our customers receive the finest possible workmanship and value on every project. His philosophy that a satisfied customer is our greatest asset has allowed Integrity Rebar Placers to grow and prosper. Ken has been the driving force behind Integrity Rebar's growth and success as a premier and independent rebar subcontractor in Southern California's transportation infrastructure market.
Emily has been with Integrity Rebar since 2009. She is responsible for strategic financing, budget forecasting, financial reporting, information technology, account management, and administrative staff management. She has over 15 years of experience in the construction, manufacturing, and insurance industries with an emphasis in cost accounting and financial reporting. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from National University and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Adam has been with Integrity Rebar since 2010. He is responsible for field operations, shipping, and safety in Kern, Los Angeles, Northern Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties. He has over 20 years of experience as an Ironworker, Foreman and Superintendent.
